These cases are made of rolls of reconstituted leather, from scrap leather, or sub-layers of animal skins, usually not supposed to be reused.
After grinding, these by-products are bound by vegetable resins, then dyed with organic or mineral components.
They enable the production of simple, very durable cases, which are also biodegradable or easily incinerable.
